|Sany is a Professor at School of Business Management, Universiti Utara Malaysia. Dr Sany Sanuri area of research interests include strategic marketing, total quality management, service quality, innovation management, customer relationship management and consumer behaviour. He has successfully supervised more than 30 Doctoral and Masters students in the areas of marketing and quality management. Sany has presented in various International conferences and has published in numerous articles, among others in Total Quality Management and Business Excellence, International Journal of Bank Marketing and Journal of Islamic Marketing. He is also actively involved in consultations on marketing and quality management to various organizations. In addition, Dr Sany is also a certified QMS ISO9001 Lead Assessor, Panel Reviewer of Malaysia Quality Assurance, Lead Assessor of ASEAN University Network Quality and a member of ISO technical committee of the Malaysian Industrial Standards Committee on Quality Management & Quality Assurance. He has also served as the Dean of Student Development and Alumni, College of Business and Director of Quality Management Institute, UUM.
