|Associate Professor Norhafezah Yusof was a former Head of Department, School of Multimedia Technology & Communication, UUM. She is currently an Associate Professor in Department of Communication. She obtained her BHSc and MHSc (Communication) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and her Ph.D (Communication) from Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom. She has been teaching and researching since 2001 at UUM. She was a Visiting Scholar at Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. She received a leadership training scholarship under DAAD, Germany. She has been appointed as a master trainer Learner Diversity with the Higher Education Leadership Academy (AKEPT), communication panel/expert for Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA), the Assistant Secretary of the Malaysian Psychometric Association (MPA) and editorial board for the Malaysian Journal of Learning and Instruction (indexed in SCOPUS, ERA & ESCI). Dr Norhafezah has served as the manager for Communication Program at the Professional and Continuing Education Center (PACE), the postgraduate coordinator for Communication Program (Humanities) and the undergraduate coordinator for Communication Program (School of Multimedia Technology & Communication). Her research interests include culture, religion, education, management and media. She has published numerous papers in both local and international journals.
