Dr Nor Aziah Abd. Manaf is a Professor and Deputy Dean at the School of Accountancy, College of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia. She holds a degree in BAcct (Hons.) (UUM) and MBA (Acctg) (Sheffield, UK). She completed her Ph.D in 2004 at Nottingham University Business School, UK. Currently, she is completing her FRGS research grant on a project entitled "IS NEW FISCAL FRAMEWORK REQUIRED TO IMPROVE INVESTMENT CLIMATE OF MARGINAL OIL FIELDS IN MALAYSIA?". With taxation as her background, Nor Aziah also did several research and publication on taxation, specifically tax compliance, land tax, GST, and self assessment system. Nor Aziah is also a master trainer in Problem-based learning (PBL). She has has also conducted a few research, training, consultation and publication on PBL. Besides that, Nor Aziah also involved in a few research that related to issues in corporate governance. She has also published a few articles in reputable journals for this area.
